Commission Your Own Home Drawing

Bring the beauty of your home to life with a personalised drawing created just for you! Our commission service gives you the opportunity to have your very own home transformed into a stunning piece of artwork, designed and drawn by our lead artist Libby. Whether it’s your cozy cottage, a modern apartment, or your dream home, we’ll capture its unique charm and character in detail. We will also add personal storytelling elements to reference how you spend your time in. the home, favourite memories, food or special moments.

What’s Included:

  • A custom illustration of your home, designed to showcase its unique architectural features and personality as well as referencing your personal story.
  • A physical poster in size 50 x 70cm including our framing service
  • The rights to the digital artwork for future printing 
  • 4-6 weeks of working with our lead artist
  • 3 opportunities for amendments, adding or changing anything in the artwork.

Price:

  • Flat rate of £300 - includes digital artwork, physical framed poster, 4-6 weeks of work and delivery
  • Options to pay in 2 instalments - 50% upfront and 50% upon completion 

Time Frame:

  • Completion time is typically 4- 6 weeks from confirmation of details. In saying this, we can work to deadlines if you are gifting the artwork. 
  • You’ll receive a preliminary sketch for approval before we proceed with changes, colour altering, adding in personal elements and finalising. 

How It Works:

  1. Submit Your Request: Book your free consultation to talk with Libby about your ideas. We can also run through the process in more detail and discuss any special features you wish to add to the art. 
  2. Imagery: We will require imagery of the space you wish to turn into the illustration. These do not have to be hi-res imagery but just to gage an idea of the space.
  3. The drawing: Libby will begin your first draft and complete within 7-10 days. We then go back and forth up to 3 times making changes, adding in any other idea and finalising the artwork.
  4. The finishing touches: We will finalise any changes before sending to our local printers in Dalston. The artwork will be printed onto the highest quality poster paper and sent off for framing. We will then arrange a delivery or collection of the artwork from one of our local stores.
